Juries will be held at the

Highland Baptist Church

Jury Dates

Date	Drop Off	Pick Up
May 15	9:30am	11:30 am
August 14	9:30am	11:30 am
September 25	9:30am	11:30 am
October 5	5pm	8pm
October 23	9:30am	11:30am

You will need to take these two (2) forms, in the required amounts, with you when you go to a Jury Meeting.

Go to the Registration form and fill it out on line and then print it, or print it and fill it out by hand.

Then you will need to print and fill out two (2) copies of the Jury Evaluation Form . This form requires Microsoft Excel ® to open, which you can get a free reader version of by going here.

Once completed, bring all of these forms to the jury meeting.

If your items are accepted at Jury, you will need two (2) copies of this Inventory Form when you drop off items at the show (equal numbers of every page for yourself and the staff, please see the sample below in the Consignment Packet).
